Known worldwide as a concierge industry leader, Cynthia Adkins has been a concierge for nearly 20 years. Starting her hospitality career early, at the age of 16 her first job was at an amusement park in Northern California. Prior to founding Concierge At Large, Inc. in 1997, Cynthia Adkins' professional experience includes serving as Chief Concierge and Director of Guest Services for the Loews Coronado Bay Resort and as Chief Concierge at the San Diego Pan Pacific Hotel.
Adkins is a recipient of both the Concierge of the Year award from the San Diego Concierge Association and the prestigious Gold Key Award for Hospitality Employee of the Year from the Hotel & Motel Association. She is one of only 25 concierges worldwide to be distinguished as a "Certified Concierge". She was also an active member of the 1998 and 2003 Super Bowl Host Committees.
A former flight attendant and self-described "foodie", Cynthia enjoys experiencing regional cuisines and wines on her travels with her husband, a Fire Captain for the City of San Diego and their two "gorgeous and talented" kids. She is a Certified Travel Associate and member of the Travel Institute.

ErinMarie Reiter was born and raised in San Diego and thinks it is one of the best places to call home. She attended San Diego State University where she studied with a double Major in English and Theater with a minor in History. ErinMarie also had the unique opportunity to be a U.S. Ambassador to Portugal, Spain and Mexico for a year in 1997. This diverse background of interests has helped her come up with some fun solutions to unique situations that she has encountered as a concierge.
On a whim she went to a job fair for the Hotel Del Coronado and found the job she would discover she was meant to have. ErinMarie has had the privilege of working at the Hotel Del Coronado and Loews Coronado Resort as a concierge as well as in the Catering & Wedding departments. But the love of being a concierge got the better of her and she is pleased to have found a job that is challenging, rewarding and fun.
Besides enjoying her job, ErinMarie loves to go to theater, read, go out with her husband and friends and travel to far off places. The glaciers of Alaska, an African Safari and swimming with sharks are on her list of adventures, wish her luck!
